WE LISTENED! 2 Million-Pound further improvements all set to go!!!!
Over the last two years we have all been working incredibly hard to create something very special, backed up by a 3 million pound investment by building our awesome 22 metre swimming pool, fire & ice spa and exclusive day spa area while also maintaining our unbelievable pricing structure. Over this time we been requesting constructive feedback on a regular basis to and I am delighted to announce that due to our fabulous and loyal returning guests, we are able to action many of the suggestions with phase one of our 2 Million-Pound Improvements programme. Ready for a January completion we will be:
· Adding a whole new café area which will be 15 times bigger than our current one. The interior designer has come up with a spectacular new look and feel with features like a 15m by 4m waterfall, speciality ceiling and an awesome decoration. The new area will allow us to serve drinks and exciting menu outside our afternoon tea packages.
· A new dry relaxation area is to be created with both comfy and tiled heated loungers “just to relax, sleep and read a book”.
· A revamp of all our current treatment rooms while also adding additional rooms to increase availability!
· To increase our options even further in the fire & ice spa we will be adding an Herbal infusion room, a Hot Box sauna and 4 additional foot spas!
· Also, an additional 11 Tiled Heated Loungers!
Other areas of improvements will be a new check in area and also a larger pre/post treatment area… The investment will also include creating an additional 50 jobs.
I can guarantee that despite the fabulous new areas of investment we will be maintaining the unbelievable pricing structure, and I am looking at further discounts for our high level of loyal returning guests.
Please note that during the works there will be, NO DISRUPTIONS TO ANY FACILITIES!
