Thank you to so many of you who took the time recently to offer some constructive feedback and suggestions where the future investments/improvements can be made…. To confirm we will continue with our ongoing improvements/investments once the social distancing restrictions (and the hit on the finances) are over…. I can confirm that suppliers have been put on alert and following the essential feedback we are delighted to announce the following will be installed and implemented once social distancing is over:
· The installation of a new 8-person salt inhalation sauna in our already awesome fire & Ice spa
· The current salt room will be upgraded to be a salt “steam room”
· We will be adding 3 additional of our popular heated loungers (we have created more space by taking down two storerooms)
· The super sparkling ceiling that is above the swimming pool will be extended to cover the adjacent hydrotherapy pool
· We are to add more greenery and plants around the spa.
· The clubs opening times will revert to 4.45am-11-45pm
· Once the top floor works are complete and the new supersized hot yoga studio is open in the roof space of the mill, the current hot yoga studio will NOW be turned into an advanced Pilates studio.
· We will be revamping the café menu for members, adding take away breakfasts from the reception coffee bar and also offering a full days fresh food prep to be collected in the morning and designed to your own health goal!.
As previously announced once social distancing is over we will also be pressing ahead with upgrading the static resistance area and ladies only area equipment.. The day spa will also be extended to include additional treatment rooms , a bigger dry relaxation area along with an additional sauna , steam room and jacuzzi exclusive to spa guests
On a separate note the builders are making very good progress refurbishing the top floor following February’s storm damage and all been well the majority will be completed by our target reopen date on 2nd December. The works have included extending our awesome Les Mills Immersive Experience Cycle Studio which will give us some much-needed additional bikes during the social distancing restrictive times. The completed works will include new toilet facilities and the stairs to the previously announced whole new floor in the mill to include the new super-sized hot yoga studio.

I hope your all staying safe during these crazy times and our target reopen date remains the 2nd December…. I cant thank the loyal members and ever returning spa guests enough as there is no doubt we would have been one of the 60% of gyms and spas that are currently going out of business because of the closures and social distancing restrictions…. Our future is now very bright!
