2 Million Pound Plan Announcement!!… Ongoing Improvements Updates… Offers
TWO MILLION POUND PLAN!!
As of the last eleven years we will continue our ambitious and bold expansion plan and I am delighted to announce that after prolonged negotiations we have managed to secure additional areas for us to expand in… The new areas will give us an additional 13,000 sqft to continue building something very special indeed. As ever there are some hurdles to get over with the local authorities but with the creation of another 50 jobs I am more than optimistic of a positive outcome.
The £2 million-pound investment will be spread over the next 2 years and will consist of
· A 1700 sqft dry relaxation area attached to the current fabulous Fire & Ice Spa… The area will hold a coffee/juice bar and will consist of 15 tiled heated loungers, 15 traditional loungers as well as comfy seating. To create the ambience, we will be having a 15m wide by 3m high waterfall and also a speciality ceiling with the twinkly lights (like the current one above the swimming pool) … THIS AREA WILL BE OPENDED IN JANUARY 2019
· In the day spa we will be adding an additional 6 double treatment rooms, the day spa café will be moved and doubled in size while also creating a new relaxing/waiting area for spa guests to be welcomed and taken to their treatments. THESE AREAS WILL BE OPENENED IN JANUARY 2019
· In the Fire & Ice spa we will adding a Herbal Infusion Steam Room and a Hot Box… THESE WILL BE OPENDED IN JANUARY 2019
· We are extending the Male Changing to create space for an additional 6 double changing benches. THIS AREA WILL OPEN IN MARCH 2019
· We will extend into the roof space of the Mill to use the 8000 sqft of space… The £500k budget will enable us to add an additional 80 pieces of equipment as well as add another group exercise studio which will enable us to add to our already unbelievable 900 plus classes per month.
· We will then be adding an additional 4000 sqft extension to match the current mill which we will look to add further exclusive fire & ice spa facilities and additional relaxation areas. THIS AREA WILL OPEN IN JULY 2020.
I can confirm there will be no disruptions to any facilities or spa days as the works are off site or at night.
ONGOING IMPROVEMENTS UPDATES
· The swimsuit spinner dryers will be installed in the changing room this month.
· As ever we are adding additional equipment with a plate loaded hip thrust arriving for the sports performance centre
· The super broadband throughout most of the club is now up and running and its just fabulous. The project will be completed this month when the ladies only zone is complete. Please see reception for the free Wi-Fi password
· As of the 1st September we will be extending our opening times further by staying open an hour later on a Saturday until 10pm and opening an hour earlier on a Sunday at 6am… All other opening times including the 24 hours will stay the same
