MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Certain conditions such as pregnancy, heart conditions, cancer, high/low blood pressure, diabetes and epilepsy or if you have recently undergone surgery then you may be prevented of have limited use of the facilities and some treatments. If you have any of the following then please notify our reservations team before visiting the spa as medical advice and guidance may be required. Also if you have had surgery within the last twelve months, have any allergies or concerns please contact our reservations team to seek guidance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment of all treatments and packages are required at the time of booking. Please note that full payments are non-refundable. Customers may change their appointments if more than 48-hours’ notice is provided to us. Alternatively, if it’s after the 48-hour notice period, and you wish to change the date of your booking we will require a fee of £23 per person.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Your feedback is important to us, and in the unlikely event that you have a complaint, please notify the Duty Manager immediately and we will endeavour to assist. If you remain dissatisfied on your return home we ask that you write to our Customer Services team within 7 days of returning from your visit to allow your complaint to be investigated properly. If you do not give us an opportunity to resolve any problem onsite by reporting it to the Duty Manager, then we may not be able to deal positively with any complaint contact – CliffordHealthandSpaServiceTeam@outlook.com
GIFT CARDS, PRIVATE HIRE, CELEBRATION PACKAGES
Vouchers are available for all of Clifford Health Club & Spa treatments and packages. Please note that all purchased voucher’s have a 24 month expiry date and are non-refundable. Vouchers cannot be extended past their expiration date. Day package gift vouchers can be upgraded but cannot be downgraded or split. Please contact our reservations team to discuss discounts on group bookings and discounted celebration packages.
FOOD CHOICES
Afternoon Tea is served in our Waterfall Cafe. This consists of a variety of sandwiches, cakes, and drinks, including specialty teas, coffees, and a variety of fruit juices. Please inform our spa team at the time of booking and prior to your or your guest’s visit if you have any allergies or specific dietary requirements as all food is supplied and delivered via an external catering company and unfortunately cannot be altered on the day of visiting the spa.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Prices and inclusive treatments are subject to revision without prior notice. Please note that inclusive treatments are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Offers and offer dates are subject to change. Also we reserve the right to vary, amend, cancel or withhold advertised facilities, classes and treatments without prior notice should there be an occasion where they are not available or appropriate.
For all treatments, please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time. We may not be able to offer you the full time allocated should you arrive late. All day spa packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts. All day spa packages entitle you to a five-hour time slot in the spa. These times will be discussed with you when booking in.
LIABILITIES AND LOSSES
Please be advised that we do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings when using our facilities.

RETURNS POLICY
At Clifford’s Spa we wish to make returning an item as simple as possible, we are able to offer a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in the original packaging.

REFUNDS
Once we have received your parcel, and have checked to ensure all goods remain unused and in their original packaging, we will be in contact to confirm receipt of the returned goods.
All refunds will be processed back on to the original card used for purchase.
All products bought online are to be returned by post as we do not have any other retail outlets or stores that are available to facilitate a return.
We cannot refund any postal charges you incur to both deliver the item to you or to return the item to us, unless we have sent you the wrong items, your order is faulty, damaged or not as described upon arrival.
We cannot refund any Tax, Customs or Duties charges that you may have incurred at the time of delivery.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
We’d to like thank you for placing the order(s) with ourselves. We unfortunately are aware that there you may be experiencing a slight delay in you receiving your order currently, due to a very high order volume with our couriers. We are extremely appreciative of your patience during this time.
All our items are shipped with Royal Mail and we offer the following 2 delivery options:
Standard Delivery – Free (Monday-Friday)
* Within 3-5 Working Days to UK Mainland
Next Day Delivery – £8.95 (Monday-Friday)
* Delivered on the next working day to UK Mainland
* Orders must be placed by 3pm.
Please note: Next Day Delivery orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We do not offer International Shipping currently unfortunately.
DELIVERY RULES
Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery payment.
All delivery charges are subject to change.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Signatures are required upon all deliveries, so please ensure your delivery address is is ready to accept deliveries. If you are not able to sign for the delivery yourself, please ensure you know the person who is signing on your behalf.
We accept returns that fall within the first 30 days of purchase.
